According to grief.com, there are 5 stages of grief. The order of the "stages of grief," is denial, anger, bargaining, depression. I don't really agree that there are certain steps that every single person goes through in a certain order, but I am going to explain each stage they say a person goes through. So they say that the first stage of grief is denial they say this is how your body survives at first. The emotions are numb you don't feel anything at all. The second stage of grief they say, is anger. They say it is very necessary, and they can be angry at anyone and anything. The third stage they say is bargaining. This is when a person will do anything just to get their loved one back. They think "what if I do______, then can they come back?" A person will try to negotiate their way out of the pain. The fourth stage, they say, is depression. This is when the sadness and grief grows deeper and deeper and it is harder than they ever thought it would be.
